海南省住房和城乡建设厅
关于举办建筑施工企业主要负责人安全生产集中培训的通知
各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，各施工单位：
为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于安全生产重要指示批示精神，按照《住房城乡建设系统安全生产治本攻坚三年行动方案（2024-2026年）》工作部署，深化“安全生产月”活动，省住建厅将开展建筑施工企业主要负责人安全生产集中培训,全面提升“第一责任人”安全风险防控意识和安全管理能力。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、培训时间及地点
（一）培训时间：培训分两批开展，第一批培训时间为2024年6月6日上午8:30-12:00；第二批培训时间为2024年6月6日下午14:30-18:00。
（二）培训地点：海口市龙华区大同路38号中银天艺酒店1楼多功能厅。
二、培训主要内容
（一）学习习近平总书记关于安全生产重要论述及指示批示精神，观看安全生产警示教育片；
（二）解读《房屋市政工程生产安全重大事故隐患判定标准》；
（三）解析建筑施工企业主要负责人安全生产工作职责。
三、培训对象
（一）注册在我省的建筑施工企业主要负责人，包括法定代表人（董事长）、总经理（总裁）、实际控制人、实际负责人；
（二）省外建筑施工企业在我省的主要负责人，包括区域、指挥部、办事处等主要负责人。
各建筑施工企业安排1名主要负责人参加培训。每批培训人数限额500人，具体人数根据报名人数确定。每批报名人员满额后自动调整到下批参加。
四、其他事项
（一）本次培训由省住房和城乡建设厅主办，海南省建设培训与执业资格注册中心协办。
（二）请各市县住房和城乡建设主管部门组织属地在建项目、施工企业积极报名参加，做到“应报尽报”。
（三）本次培训不收取任何费用，食宿、往返交通费用自理。
（四）请各建筑施工企业高度重视培训工作，原则上主要负责人必须参加，不得无故缺席。培训期间严格培训纪律，不随意接听电话、把玩手机等，不得旷课、早退和迟到。
（五）请各企业主要负责人于5月31日前通过报名二维码（附件）参与报名。请详细填写姓名、单位、职务、电话及参加培训时间，不要漏项。
