各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，各重点园区管理局（委员会），各有关单位：
为进一步强化落实建设单位工程质量安全首要责任，提高我省房屋市政工程质量安全水平，促进工程品质提升和建筑业高质量发展，我厅制定了《海南省房屋市政工程建设单位质量安全首要责任管理暂行办法》，现予以印发，请遵照执行。
