关于发布《三沙市建设工程计价办法》（2023版）的通知
各有关单位：
为了规范三沙市建设工程计价行为，客观反映三沙市建设条件，合理确定和有效控制工程造价，维护工程发承包双方的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国招标投标法》《建筑工程施工发包与承包计价管理办法》《海南省建设工程造价管理办法》及其他有关法律法规等规定，结合三沙市具体情况，我厅对2018年发布实施的《三沙市建设工程计价办法》进行了修订，编制完成了《三沙市建设工程计价办法》（2023版）（以下简称“2023计价办法”）。现予颁布，并就有关事项通知如下：
一、2023计价办法自2023年12月15日起施行，2018年发布实施的《三沙市建设工程计价办法》同时停止执行。
二、三沙市2023年12月15日以后新开工的工程项目按2023计价办法执行；2023年12月15日以前开工的工程项目按合同及有关规定执行。
三、2023计价办法由海南省建设标准定额站负责管理、解释，在执行过程中遇到问题和建议，请及时反馈给海南省建设标准定额站。
