关于发布《海南省建设工程造价指标指数编制指南》的通知
各有关单位：
根据《住房和城乡建设部关于印发工程造价改革工作方案的通知》（建办标〔2020〕38号）精神，为适应新形势下工程造价管理市场的发展,引导建设各方加强工程造价指标指数数据积累,逐步实现工程造价指标指数数据的共享，提升工程造价管理和服务水平，我厅组织编制了《海南省建设工程造价指标指数编制指南》，现正式发布。本指南适用于我省房屋建筑工程和市政工程造价指标指数的编制，在执行过程中如有意见或建议，请随时将有关意见和建议反馈至海南省建设标准定额站（地址：海南省海口市美兰区白龙南路77号，邮编：570203，电话：0898-65346894，电子邮箱：zjk_dez@hainan.gov.cn），以供今后修订时参考。
