关于告知性承诺备案培训机构实行备案管理的通知
各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局：
根据《关于建设培训及建设职业技能培训机构告知性承诺备案的通知》（琼建人函〔2019〕509号），对申请备案的培训机构通过资料审查，实地复核，综合评议，现将申请备案情况通知如下，请认真贯彻落实。
一、备案基本情况
根据《关于建设培训及建设职业技能培训机构告知性承诺备案的通知》第二条之规定：“海南省凯宇职业技能培训有限公司”符合海南省建设培训机构及海南省建设职业技能培训机构的备案要求；“鑫田（海南）教育培训集团有限公司”符合海南省建设培训机构备案要求。
原“海南海金会教育集团职业技能培训中心有限公司”已经更名为“鑫田（海南）教育培训集团有限公司”，“海南海金会教育集团职业技能培训中心有限公司”不再从事住房和城乡建设领域从业人员的培训及考核工作。
二、工作要求
（一）已经备案的培训机构，要严格按照《关于印发海南省住房和城乡建设领域施工现场专业人员职业培训实施办法的通知》（琼建人〔2020〕244号），按纲施训，保证培训质量和效果。
（二）各培训机构要健全培训制度，提高管理水平，加强师资力量，完善培训课程，做好培训签到表、课堂视频、照片等资料留存备查。
（三）各培训机构属地住房和城乡建设主管部门，认真履行属地管理职责，加强对开展职业培训的企业和培训机构师资、实训等软件硬件条件、培训内容等监督指导，及时公开信息。特别是对培训弄虚作假等违法违纪行为，要严肃追究相关责任人责任。
