为促进工程建设全过程咨询服务发展，维护工程建设全过程咨询服务当事人的合法权益，住房城乡建设部办公厅、市场监管总局办公厅印发了《关于印发的通知》（建办市〔2024〕8号），供参考使用，现将有关事宜通知如下。
一、各地住建部门和市场监管主管部门要认真做好《房屋建筑和市政基础设施项目工程建设全过程咨询服务合同（示范文本）》的学习和宣传工作，指导工程建设全过程咨询服务各方主体正确理解和使用《示范文本》。
二、工程建设全过程咨询服务各方主体可结合建设工程项目具体情况，参照《示范文本》订立合同，依法按照合同履约，承担相应的法律责任和合同权利义务，进一步促进我省工程建设全过程咨询服务发展。
三、《示范文本》可在省住房城乡建设厅官网首页“资料下载”栏目下载使用，使用过程中如有问题，请及时与省住房城乡建设厅建筑业监管处（联系电话0971-6146181）,省市场监管局市场规范处（联系电话0971-6161725）联系。
