根据《政府采购非招标采购方式管理办法》(财政部令第74号)、《海南省住房和城乡建设厅采购管理暂行办法》，5月16日至22日，我厅发布公告公开遴选二级建造师考试第三方服务项目采购代理机构,共收到六家单位参选，经我厅采购小组比选，“中技建设咨询有限公司”为我省二级建造师考试第三方服务机构购买服务项目采购代理机构。
