编制指南（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知
各有关单位：
为适应新形势下工程造价管理市场的发展，引导建设各方加强工程造价指标指数数据积累，实现工程造价指标指数数据的共享，提升工程造价管理和服务水平，推进项目数字化、科学化、规范化、品质化的发展，提高投资效率和管理水平，我厅组织编制《海南省建设工程造价指标指数编制指南》，形成了征求意见稿，现向社会公开征求意见。有关单位和公众可通过以下途径和方式反馈意见,意见反馈截止时间2023年12月1日。
