海南省住房和城乡建设厅
关于公开征求《海南省建设工程质量检测管理实施细则（征求意见稿）》意见的通知
各市县、园区住房和城乡建设主管部门、质量安全监督机构，各建设工程质量检测机构，各有关单位：
为贯彻落实《建设工程质量检测管理办法》（住房和城乡建设部第57号令）要求，加强全省建设工程质量检测监督管理，完善建设工程检测行业制度体系。结合海南实际，我厅起草了《海南省建设工程质量检测管理实施细则（征求意见稿）》（见附件），现向社会公开征求意见。有关单位和公众可通过以下途径和方式反馈意见：
