关于发布《博鳌近零碳示范区创建技术标准（试行）》的通知
各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，三沙市自然资源和规划建设局，各建设、设计、施工和监理单位，其他有关单位：
为贯彻习近平生态文明思想,落实党中央、国务院关于碳达峰、碳中和的战略部署,深入总结住房和城乡建设部、海南省共创“博鳌近零碳示范区”的建设经验,推动和引导建成区系统降碳工作的有序开展,我厅组织有关单位编制了《博鳌近零碳示范区创建技术标准（试行）》，并经专家审查通过。现正式发布，编号为DBJ46-068-2024，自2024年7月1日起实施。
