关于对2023年度建设工程质量安全监管数字化转型工作表现突出的监督机构和人员进行表扬的通报

各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，三沙市自然资源和规划建设局；各重点园区管理局（管委会）；各有关单位：
为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于网络强国、数字中国建设重要思想，全省住房城乡建设系统按照“全省一盘棋”要求，以数字化转型为契机，对全省在建项目进行人工复核、数据清洗，完成“项目监督员分配、关键岗位人员登记、项目定位”的“三个百分百”工作，搭建了全省在建工地“一张图”。基于海政通建立全省在建工地应急指挥通讯体系，覆盖全省各市县480名监督人员和4063名在建项目建设、施工、监理三方关键岗位人员；推进监督闭环管理功能试点工作，成功完成整改告知书的线上下发、签收、回复、审核闭环管理。
为表扬先进、树立典型，进一步推动我省质量安全监管数字化转型工作，经研究，我厅决定对2023年在建设工程质量安全监管数字化转型工作中表现突出的建设工程质量安全监督机构和人员予以表扬。名单详见附件。
希望受表扬的监督机构和监督人员珍惜荣誉，再接再厉，在接下来的工作中取得更大的成绩。各有关单位要以先进为榜样，进一步推进全省建设工程质量安全治理体系和治理能力现代化，守正创新，高标准高质量建设海南自由贸易港。
