关于征求《三沙市建设工程计价办法（修订稿）》意见的函
省发展和改革委员会、省财政厅,三沙市各有关单位;各施工、造价咨询单位;各装配式预制构件生产厂家;有关行业协会：
《三沙市建设工程计价办法》自2019年1月1日执行以来，在规范三沙市建设工程计价行为中发挥了重要作用。鉴于计价办法中未对装配式建筑的计价进行明确规定，且在三沙市高温、高湿、高盐、高辐射的条件下开展项目建设所产生的人工降效、材料消耗、措施项目投入及大宗材料（含装配式预制构件）运输成本与市场变化存在较大的脱节，为了合理确定和有效控制工程造价，我厅组织有关单位对《三沙市建设工程计价办法》进行修订，现公开征求意见，请你们提出具体修改意见和建议，并按附件2要求填写征求意见表，于2023年6月20日前以书面意见反馈我厅，逾期未反馈视为无意见。
